What if my plans change, and I'm not continuing my education?
Except in very unusual or exceptional circumstances, your scholarship must apply to the year following your graduation. Unfortunately, you will lose your scholarship if you are not enrolled in a school. If you wish to be considered for a scholarship deferral, please email the request and explanation to Meagan Rhoades at meaganrhoades05@gmail.com and the board will take it under consideration.

Please let us know as soon as you are aware of your new plans. Once a check has been sent to a college it can take a while for them to process it and reimburse us so we can send it off to your new school.

Our scholarships come from local donors. Without them, we would have no scholarships to give out. We also send out thank you notes, but it means a lot to them to hear directly from you. Thank you for taking a few minutes and letting them know how much you appreciate their support.
