When and where is the conference?
WRC 2026 will take place September 25–27, 2026, in downtown Oakland:
Friday: Community Hub, 1955 Broadway, Suite B
Saturday and Sunday: OakStop California Ballroom, 1736 Franklin Street
Who can attend?
Registration is open to everyone! Community members, families, students, professionals, organizations, and allies are welcome.
What is included with registration?
Registration includes workshops, an official WRC 2026 T-shirt, Saturday’s banquet, conference swag, and access to community booths.
What should I wear to the banquet?
The banquet has a Hollywood theme with a semi-formal dress code. Come ready to shine!
Will meals be provided?
A continental breakfast will be provided on Saturday, and light refreshments will be available on Sunday. Saturday lunch is on your own.
Are lodging and transportation included?
No. Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own lodging and transportation.
Will the conference be accessible?
The conference will be presented primarily in American Sign Language (ASL). Please include any additional accessibility requests on your registration form.
