Hello, and welcome to WRAPS~TO~GOmeztrejo. My name is Richard Gomeztrejo and I'd like to introduce myself and my food to you. I make 

gourmet wraps and sliders from my home kitchen, to provide you with a 

tasty and a bit healthier alternative to fast food. 

My company is part of a newly formed program (November of 2024) for Los Angeles County Public Health Environmental Health called MEHKO. This stands for Micro Enterprise Home Kitchen Operation. This program allows me to make food and sell it from my home kitchen. I am the first in the San Gabriel Valley to become a MEHKO, and the first business of it's kind here in the city of Monrovia. I follow strict guidelines for storing and preparing my food, for cleaning and sanitizing my work surfaces and equipment, and for the handling of my food prior to delivery. I wear a chef's coat, apron, bandana, and yes, gloves at all times during my hours of operation. I am licensed through the City of Monrovia, I'm insured, and I'm a member of the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce.

The way I go about selling my food is by offering what I call, the " Wrap Of The Week." I basically select one sometimes two flavors of wraps for a particular week. I do this so that I can control what I buy so as to not have waste. If you go to my instagram page ( @wraps.to.gomeztrejo ), or the white QR Code, I update every Sunday, what the flavor will be for the upcoming week.

My routine is as such:

• On Mondays I go out and pound the pavement seeking out new customers. At around 1pm, I go to my accounts and take their pre orders to be delivered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 11am and 12:30pm. If the demand is high, I'll also deliver on Saturdays.

• I typically like to keep the weekends available for delivering platters.

I'd love to hear from you. There are a few things I'd like to mention about my 

food:

• If you have any nut allergies, be aware that the pesto sauce does have pine nuts. The dressing for the chicken salad has pumpkin seeds.

• I have a new recipe for pesto using sun flower seeds now.

• Most of the flavors come with mayonnaise, and several have onions. With fair notice, I'd be happy to change or omit one or both items for you.

• I offer my food 5 ways:
