Proxy Bidding FAQs

1. How does Proxy Bidding work?

Proxy Bidding allows bidders to submit their maximum bid for an item and have a member of the auction team bid on your behalf. Each time you are outbid, your proxy will automatically bid on your behalf in increments until you win the item or the proxy bidder reaches the maximum amount you designated and you are outbid.

2. How do I get set up with a proxy bidder?

Person (s) who want to bid via proxy must complete all of the following requirements

a. Provide name, address, phone. number, and email

b. Specify auction item(s)

c. Specify maximum bid

d. Indicate preferred payment method

e. To bid via proxy on multiple items, individuals must provide a specific maximum bid for each individual item, specify stop point based on auction items purchased, and/or a maximum grand total amount. Once the sale for auction order is set, proxy bids will be made on individual’s behalf until the predetermined stop point is met or maximum grand total amount is reached.

Ø All information listed above must be emailed to Craig Dunlap at plumcreek.cld@gmail.com prior to 11:00 a.m. MDT/ 12:00 CDT (noon) July 2nd, 2023

a. OUR REPLY TO THE EMAIL WILL CONFIRM THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROXY BIDS ON YOUR BEHALF

3. If I win, how do I make payment for the item?

To claim your item, you can make payment through the PSA website by credit card or you can use Google Pay. If you want to pay with cash or write a check, we will provide information at the conclusion of the auction.

4. How will I get my item?

We will contact you at the conclusion of the auction to secure payment and determine delivery method.

 5. Can I watch the auction live during the reunion if I’m not present?
