Testing

Departure test

If you need a test for departure, book a time from Erika for booking the test on Tuesday. Erika´s office is in Kiosk.

Departure testing will be taking place on Thursday and Friday, we will make schedule for that.

Testing will happen in order of arriving.

PCR covid-test

1. PCR covid-test will be done outside ice arena, next to a parking lot. The bus will leave you in the ice arena . You can leave your luggage in the bus. If you are your own car, park your car and come to test.

2. Waiting your test results, you will stay your rooms. That time you will get quarantine meals.

3. After testing you will be given envelope where you can find general information, room keys and accreditation passes.

4. You can get you luggage from the bus and you can go to your accommodation.

Quarantine

If the result from PCR covid-test is positive the event manager will contact Local Health authorities and the person will be quarantined.

TESTING

1. EU APPROVED COVID VACCINE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS AND THOSE WHO HAVE HAD COVID-19

WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS

Everybody who is fully vaccinated or who has recovered from COVID-19 in the past 6 months and who can

document this with a verifiable COVID-19 certificate must follow the following instructions:

• Take a PCR test 48 hours prior to arrival in Kisakallio and upload a copy of the result.

• Take an PCR test on arrival at Kisakallio and isolate in your hotel room until you receive a negative result. Upload a copy of the result.

• Before leaving your hotel room to collect your accreditation and access the venue or restaurant take an ANTIGEN test and upload the result.

• Collect an ANTIGEN test from the WCF office each day between 15:00 and 19:00, take the test in your hotel room and upload a picture of the result with your name and the date written on it before 24:00.

2. NON-APPROVED COVID VACCINE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OR UNVACCINATED PEOPLE

Travellers who do not have an approved COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate must:

• Take a PCR test 7 days prior to arrival in Kisakallio and upload a copy of the result.

• It is highly recommended to remain in home quarantine after this test.

• Take a further PCR test 48 hours prior to arrival in Kisakallio and upload a copy of the result.

• Take an PCR test on arrival at Kisakallio and isolate in your hotel room until you receive a negative result. Upload a copy of the result.

• Before leaving your hotel room to collect your accreditation and access the venue or restaurant take an ANTIGEN test and upload the result.

• Collect an ANTIGEN test from the WCF office each day between 15:00 and 19:00, take the test in your hotel room and upload a picture of the result with your name and the date written on it before 24:00.

All pre-arrival tests must be done by a certified testing lab which provides an official test result certificate. The cost of all pre-arrival tests is the responsibility of the Member Association or individual.
