Project Teams

Our service projects have been assigned a Project Team, which includes the Project Chair/Co-chair & members from our 2020-2021 WPJA chapter.

Each month, the Chairs/Co-chairs will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with their teams to achieve its objectives and carry out the work related to each specific project.

Each team is responsible for:

• Maintaining communication regularly

• Completing/ creating monthly projects

• Creating/ enforcing values and norms

Each team is encouraged to consider:

• As an individual member or as a team, what can I/we contribute to serve our chapter?

• What are the needs of our local community?

• How can we maintain our relationships as a team and as a chapter?

Can I still be involved in other team projects?

• OF COURSE!

First, each team has to make sure that their monthly project(s) is/are fulfilled.

Moreover, should there be a need for other individuals in the chapter to assist in fulfilling the duties of their project, the team can create a Signup Genius or reach out to Cheryl Harris to send out an email & a text via Remind to notify the entire chapter that service hour opportunities are available.

As we continue striving to reach our community, we are SO excited to see the greatness each team produces!
