Dear Parents,
We are thrilled to have your child join us for our upcoming Adventurer Club field trip! This day is designed to provide our young Adventurers with hands-on learning experiences in a fun and supportive environment. Your child will be engaged in meaningful activities tailored to their age group, helping them develop new skills and knowledge through exciting Adventurer honors.
Trip Schedule
9:00 AM - 9:30 AM:
Arrival & Group Assignment
We’ll start the day by welcoming the children, assigning them to groups, and going over the day’s schedule and safety protocols.
9:30 AM - 10:45 AM:
Session 1: Adventurer Honor Activities
During this first session, your child will participate in activities related to the chosen Adventurer honors. These activities are designed to be age-appropriate and engaging, helping them develop new skills and knowledge.
10:45 AM - 11:00 AM:
Break
A short break for snacks and hydration.
11:00 AM - 12:15 PM:
Session 2: Adventurer Honor Activities
The second session will continue with more hands-on activities as the children work towards completing the requirements for their honors.
12:15 PM - 1:15 PM:
Lunch Break
We will have a one-hour lunch break, allowing the kids to rest, refuel, and enjoy some downtime.
1:15 PM - 2:30 PM:
Session 3: Adventurer Honor Activities
In this final session, your child will continue working on their honor activities, with an opportunity to review what they’ve learned and complete their projects.
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM:
Group Reflection & Wrap-Up
We’ll gather the children for a group discussion, allowing them to reflect on what they’ve learned and celebrate their accomplishments.
3:00 PM - 3:30 PM:
