The following directions will help prepare for your window cleaning service, prevent any unnecessary clean up and enable me to complete your window cleaning in a timely manner.
Please move objects at least 5 feet away from the windows on the outside.
Please make sure that there are no children or pets around the area for their safety.
Please remove screens and window well grates or coverings.
Please remove pet waste from the area the morning of your appointment.
We accept payment by check/ Zelle/ or cash.
Please allow 24 HR to cancel so that we are not preparing that morning to load up the equipment to come out. This prevents any unnecessary charge for a late cancellation. We would like to schedule someone in that slot if you are needing to cancel, so we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
A $50- $100. charge will be assessed if there is a late cancellation or if the professional window cleaner is having to clean off dog waste from the equipment, shoes, inside vehicle's, It would also prevent us from getting to our next scheduled appointment we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
