Users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
To delete your account and data, please send an email from your registered email ID to:

Subject: Delete My Account – W.O.T App
In your email, please mention:
- Your registered email ID
- Your User ID (if available)
Once we receive the request, we will delete your account and associated data from our servers within 7 working days.
Data deleted:
- User account
- Points data
- Withdrawal requests
- UPI ID (if provided)
Some data may be retained temporarily if required by law.
