WortexStudio ("we", "our", or "us") developed and operates MemeTrap - Guess the Meme ("the App").
This Privacy Policy explains how MemeTrap handles information when you use the application, including its meme creation, question recording, challenge sharing, and advertising features.

MemeTrap is designed to store user-created challenge content locally on your device. We do not operate a developer-controlled content server for uploading or storing these challenges.
Challenge files may be exported and shared using your device's sharing features. If you choose to share a file, the receiving person or service may receive its contents.
Do not include private or sensitive information in challenges that you intend to share.
MemeTrap may request microphone access when you choose to record a voice question.
Recording is initiated by you.
Recordings are used for the App's question and gameplay features.
Recordings are stored locally according to the App's storage behavior.
We do not operate a developer-controlled server to collect your recordings.
If you share an exported challenge containing a recording, that recording may be transferred to the recipient through the sharing method you select.
You can manage the App's microphone permission through your device settings.
When you choose to add a photograph or import an audio file, the App uses that content for the features you select.
These files are handled according to the App's local storage and export/import functionality. If you export and share a challenge containing media, the recipient may receive that media.
MemeTrap integrates the Yodo1 MAS advertising SDK to support advertising features.
Yodo1 MAS and its advertising mediation partners may process information such as:
Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers.
IP address and approximate location inferred from network information.
Device model, operating system, and technical information.
Advertising interactions, impressions, and performance information.
Diagnostic information used to operate, troubleshoot, and improve advertising services.
The exact information processed depends on the SDK version, enabled advertising partners, device settings, and applicable consent choices.

Save and restore locally stored challenges.

MemeTrap stores user-created challenges locally on your device according to the App's storage rules.
The current design includes automatic expiry for locally stored challenges. Challenges are intended to expire after 24 hours, with the retention period extended when the challenge is shared, as implemented by the App.
The following limitations apply:
Uninstalling the App or clearing its data may remove locally stored challenges.
Exported challenge files may remain in your device's storage or in locations where you share them.
We cannot delete copies of files stored by recipients or third-party sharing services.
Advertising partners may retain information according to their own policies.
We do not maintain a developer-operated database of user-created challenge files.
MemeTrap allows users to export and share challenges.
Sharing is initiated by the user. When you share a challenge, its text and included media may be transferred to the recipient or the third-party application you select.
We do not control the privacy practices of external applications, messaging platforms, file providers, or recipients.
MemeTrap also relies on third-party advertising technology. These providers may process technical and advertising information to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and operate their services.

MemeTrap may display interstitial and rewarded video advertisements.
Advertising providers may use device identifiers and other permitted information to deliver, personalize, measure, or improve advertisements, subject to applicable law, platform requirements, and your consent choices.

MemeTrap may be used by a broad audience. We do not intentionally operate a developer-controlled service that collects children's photographs, voice recordings, or challenge files.
The App's advertising SDK may process information subject to its own age-related and privacy settings. Appropriate age, consent, and advertising configurations must be maintained in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play policies.
