These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Worry Rewriter app provided by Pixdazz Media. By downloading, accessing, or using Worry Rewriter, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use Worry Rewriter only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission otherwise.
2. No Professional Advice
Worry Rewriter does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice. The app is for general wellness and self-reflection support only.
3. AI-Generated Content
The app may generate text using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the text and other content you submit to the app. By submitting content, you grant Pixdazz Media a limited license to process, transmit, store, and display that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Worry Rewriter.
You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, harmful, harassing, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require payment or a subscription. Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID settings before the renewal date. Refund requests should be submitted to Apple unless otherwise required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its security or operation, use automated systems to access it without permission, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it to create harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.
7. Intellectual Property
Worry Rewriter, including its software, design, branding, features, and app content, is owned by Pixdazz Media or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party services, including AI providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, Apple services, and support tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Worry Rewriter at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time by revising the effective date above.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Worry Rewriter is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixdazz Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the app.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create risk for us or others, or if we discontinue the app.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
