Terms of Service

If you are interested in purchasing a model, please reach out to me through email or twitter DMs! My sculpts are intended for 3d printing and adult silicone toy making. The design will be put on hold until the model is purchased or you decide to let go of the hold for whatever reason. If you'd like a character profile/design to go with the sculpt or one of your existing models, please see my character commission info.

If you purchase a model from me, you can change the name, rebrand the concept, or tweak the sculpt for better 3D printing. This includes changing slight proportions, smoothing things, removing detail, adjusting spacing, etc. For more complex changes, we can work it out! This includes adding details, changing the base, and other things that would require significant re-polishing. Please specify what file type you'd like as well(obj, stl, etc.).

In general, I prefer to sell my work to people who have already established a store or have experience with the process of creating silicone products. If you do not have a ready silicone toy portfolio I will request a higher upfront buying price or put the buy on hold until you have examples to share.

Prices are listed in a range. Offers on the higher range will be sold with no negotiation as well as 1 copy of the toy(final silicone product with choice of size, firmness, and color). For lower end offers, I may ask for 2 physical copies of the toy in a different size, firmness, etc. This way, the payment is flexible in that you can pay in either more cash or additional toy. If a shop agrees to it, I may request that the 2nd toy be a pour from your own shop! Please note that the pricing of the models takes into account time spent, modeling skill, artistic creativity, and commercial rights to produce the physical product. Payment is due upfront through paypal.

Please be sure to credit me as the sculptor somewhere in the toy's description as my twitter handle @ultraohwormhole or Venus if you aren't comfortable with links on your website.

**IMPORTANT**

If I sell a model to you, you have the exclusive rights to the model. Meaning, you and only you are allowed to use it commercially.
If, for whatever reason, you decide to close your shop and discontinue production of the model, please talk to me. Under no circumstances are you to resell my design to somebody else without permission. In the case that you decide to let go of the design, your options are: 1) discontinuing the model, where it will be discontinued and no longer produced, 2) permit me to regain ownership of the design and allow me to put it back on my catalogue or use it for something else, or 3) transfer the design directly to another reputable shop and grant them ownership of the model. We can work out a 3 way discussion between your shop, the transfer shop, and I to see if this is something we all agree to. Please contact me if you wish to discontinue your model.
