Scaffold work is any temporary elevated or suspended work surface used to support workers and/or materials. We use this when we have high-area work spots to be able to reach the area. We use scaffolding for pointing, and painting in a high area.

(Shingle and Flat Roof)
The first step to your roof replacement is getting all the roofing materials at your house.
When our team arrives at your home we'll make sure all the vehicles are moved out of your driveway or garage.
Then, we take all the necessary steps to ensure the protection of your property during your roof replacement.
After we cover everything, we begin tearing off your old roof in sections. We start on the furthest corner of your roof away from your driveway so that they’re always moving toward the dump trailer and new materials.
As soon as a section is torn off and cleaned up, your gutters will also be cleaned out. Any roofing debris from the tear-off, leaves and other possible blockages will be removed from your gutters.
After the tear-off and making sure your gutters are cleaned out, we are ready to install your new roof. We systematically work our way around the house following the torn-off sections.
After your new roof has been installed, we are ready to begin the cleanup process. We blow off your roof so that all the leftover debris gets down on the dump tarps.
After your roof has been replaced and your property has been cleaned up, our team will double-check the finished product before leaving the work site.

Before concrete can be poured, the site needs to be prepared to reduce the chance of heaving from expansive soils and frost. On small projects, we use hand tools to clear the area of all grass, rocks, trees, shrubs, and old concrete, exposing bare earth.
Once the sub-base is prepared, forms can be set. For residential concrete projects, we use wood forms with metal or wood stakes. Attach forms to the stakes with screws or special nails to allow for easy removal after the concrete has cured.
If we are using bagged concrete purchased at a home center, we mix the concrete with water according to the package instructions. For small slabs, you can use a wheelbarrow and shovel, but renting a concrete mixer can make the process easier.
Then, we pour wet concrete into the forms until they are full to the top edge. While the wet concrete is being poured, we use shovels, rakes, and "come along" (special concrete rakes) to move the concrete to make sure there are no voids or air pockets.
We use a large metal or wood board to screed the top of the concrete. Screeding helps compact and consolidate the concrete, and begins the smoothing and leveling process. Next, we use a float to further compact the concrete, even out any high or low areas and create a smooth finish.
The most basic type of finish is known as a "broom finish". A special broom is pulled across the concrete surface creating a rough textured surface. Other types of finishes include stamped, textured, or smooth trowel to name a few.
Lastly, we leave the cement to dry for 24-48 hours before any use. We provide caution tapes to make sure no one accidentally messes the work up.

First, we cut into the mortar between bricks above the lintel.
Then, we hammer the back of the masonry support until it is about two-thirds of the way through the brickwork.
After that, we remove the bricks around the lintel and remove any excess mortar.
Next, we remove the lintel and replaced it.
Then, we replace and refill the bricks around the new lintel making.
Lastly, we leave 24 hours for the mortar to dry, and finally, repair anything that is damaged around the work area.

Before the new paint is applied, all rust must be scraped off as well as any loose, blistering, peeling, or flaking paint. If the fire escape has been painted over several times and the underlying paint wasn't properly removed, then sections of it may have to be scraped down to the bare metal.
After we are done smoothing out the existing paint. We power wash the fire escape to get any scapes left behind.
Then, we apply the paint to the fire escape step by step. And let it dry.
Finally, we leave the work area clean and do any final finishes to ensure the best work possible is done.
Note: The color of paint is chosen by the customer's preferred choice.

First, we rake the brick. Raking the brick is to scrape out the worst of the mortar so that we will have a substantial base on which to place the new mortar.
Then, we use a joint raker or an old screwdriver to scrape out loose, crumbly mortar. The aim is not to remove all of the mortar but only to catch the high spots that are loose and weakened.
After, our team gently knocks out any stray pieces. We finish off with a wire brush to remove the remaining crumbs.
The next day we mix up the mortar in a bucket with the margin trowel.
We spray down the bricks and mortar with a garden hose and let the water soak into the bricks for about 15 minutes.
We use the pointing trowel to scoop up a small amount of mortar and press in the new mortar.
Before finishing we use the pointing trowel to create a groove in the mortar with the hawk underneath to catch remnants.
We leave the area of work to dry and clean our items and leave the work site clean.
If we encounter any cracked bricks along the way, we remove them individually and replace them.
Note: Sometimes we might need a scaffold to help us with the process. Also, the water has to be provided by hose by the owner of the house.

We select the brick type needed for the work and estimate the numbering of bricks needed to complete the work.
First, we dig out a trench for your foundation. We need to dig out a trench to seat the wall in, which we then make solid with a layer of concrete.
We then put the cement in the foundation. And let it dry before we start the real process.
We lay down the first brick set to plan the distance of each brick and clamp a string on the first guideline. This is going to be for the second layer of bricks, as the first one will be buried in the trench.
Then, we lay down cement and place the first brick on top and keep doing this till the first scrape is complete. We scrape away any extra cement as we keep on working.
After, we toep moving the string to the next row. And keep doing this until we are done with the wall of bricks. We fill in any cement needed in between the bricks to level the bricks.
Last, we add the pillar best-looking to have the best-looking work done. And leave the work area clean.

First, we use a tape measure to find the square footage of the area where we'll lay the patio. That will help you figure out how many stone patio pavers and how much paver base and paver sand you'll need.
Then we dig out the dirt and grass if there is any on the work spot. We dig enough to be able to have the pavers leveled. We then smooth out the dirt to be able a to lay sand paver and have a leveled paver placement.
After, adding the sandpaper we then start to lay down the pavers. One by one we keep laying until we fill out the whole area.
Finally, we are done and powerwash the pavers to make them look clean for the customer.
*We can lay down different types of paver sizes to make a pattern.
*The type of stone is chosen by the preference of the customer.

We measure the sides of each of the existing steps to be able to make a frame around it after we are done demolishing it.
After that we make the steps of cement before wert applying the bricks on top and the sides.
After making the frame we fill it up with cement and have one part of the process done.
Then, we let it dry for 24 hours before starting the next process.
We come the next day and break the wood frame and see if the cement is leveled according to the measurements of the old steps.
After, we start laying cement and place bricks on top and level them. We keep doing this throughout the whole process.
Then, we use a balance to make sure the brick is balanced. After checking we leave the bricks to dry.
Lastly, we leave the work area broom clean for the customer.
*The type of steps is chosen by the customer preference.

We climb the ladder to remove large debris by hand. We use a trowel or scoop to remove heavily compacted debris from the Gutter.
Then, we wash the gutter with a hose, spraying water toward the downspout. We clear clogs out of the downspout by feeding the hose up the spout. Lastly, when we are done we make a second check to make sure all the junk is out of your gutter.
For people who need a new gutter. We remove the old existing gutter from your house. Then we buy a new gutter based on the measurement of your old gutter. After, when we get the order for the new gutter we place the gutter up tightly with screws and make sure it is on securely.
*We can consider adding a gutter screen to keep the gutter clean for future use.

Lath is the first step in the cement stucco process. It consists of wire mesh, and other metal components that make up the required preparation before the cement can be applied. It attaches to the walls of your home and is the foundation for applying stucco.
We check to make sure that the staples are placed correctly, the nails are correct, and the lath is in place. This step is important because if the lath is not installed properly and the scratch coat is installed, it is hard to correct the lath.
Scratch coat is a mixture of sand and cement. It is applied in lines on top of the lath. The scratch coat is applied in lines in order to make sure that the brown coat adheres properly. The scratch coat is then left to cure. Allowing the scratch coat to cure properly, ensures that the brown coat and the rest of the stucadhereess adheres correctly.
A smooth coat is a thick layer of a mixture of sand and cement. The smooth coat looks more like cement. This is the last part of the foundation for the sand finish for the stucco. If the stucco finish is smooth, then poly prep must be applied.
The color coat is the final step in the stucco process. We apply two coats of thoro coat using a hand brush and paint rollers. COLOR IS CHOSEN BY THE OWNER.
