WorldTune User Policy

WorldTune is committed to providing a safe, reliable, and enjoyable experience for all users. This User Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the WorldTune mobile application (the "App") and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this User Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Account Creation and Security
To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create a user account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your password and other login credentials secure
- Notify us immediately at support@cogniflowsys.com of any unauthorized access or use of your account
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:
- Using the Services to engage in or promote illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive behavior
- Sharing or transmitting content that is obscene, offensive, or infringing on others' rights
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functionality or security of the Services
3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to audio streams, software, design, text, images, and logos, is the property of WorldTune or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Services without express written permission
- Use any of our branding or logos without authorization
4. Third-Party Content and Services
The Services may include links to or integrate content from third-party websites, applications, or services. WorldTune does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with such third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
We display advertisements within the App using third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. All ads are **non-personalized**, meaning they are not based on your interests, browsing history, or cross-app behavior. Ads may be optimized only by app content, general region (approximate location), or ad display frequency.
To support ad delivery and app analytics, we use the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob (for non-personalized ad delivery)
- Firebase (for analytics, crash reporting, and app performance monitoring)
- AppsFlyer (for install attribution and ad performance measurement)
Even if you grant permission in the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, we will **not** use your device identifiers or data for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising. All collected data is used solely to ensure ads display correctly, measure ad performance, and improve app functionality.

6. Termination
WorldTune may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this User Policy or is harmful to other users, WorldTune, or third parties. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Services and delete any downloaded or stored content from your device.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WorldTune disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldTune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use the Services.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
10. Changes to This Policy
WorldTune may update this User Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
