Feedback form will be shared in Valedictory Session.
Fill feedback form after watching all the sessions after Valedictory Session.
Feedback form and E-Certificate will be sent to your email and on Website, after verifying your attendance for all sessions, for registered participants, if eligible.
Criteria & Eligibility for Attendance/ E-Certificate :
- Subscribe to the WSPD 2021 YouTube Channel (for Notifications & Updates & Take Screen Shot)
- Watch all the sessions.
- Like the presentation and comment your Full Name , Designation & Organization details to mark your attendance for the session for all sessions
- Take screenshot and upload. JPG/JPEG/PNG Screenshot File size should not be greater than 100 KB, for each session for all sessions.
- Screenshot should show subscribed & Liked status and the comments/feedback along with video presentation playing to be valid.
- invalid and incomplete feedback forms will not be eligible for participation e-certificate.
- screen shot size larger than 100 KB size are not considered.
-feedback forms should be filled only after watching all the sessions and completion of webinar.
-Any feedback forms filled before completion or without watching/marking/uploading screenshots will not be considered for attendance & E-certificate
- Feedback form can be filled/submitted only once. so fill the feedback form completely and carefully.
