These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Un-lost, operated by World Resolutions LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its data

• Reverse engineer or copy the App’s source code

2. User Accounts (if applicable)

If the App requires an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by World Resolutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

The App may include links to or use of third-party services. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, World Resolutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately end.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois for any legal matter relating to the App.
