REQUIREMENTS
1. Be committed to Christian service on the basis of a divine call.
2. Maintain good standing in the home church, community, and the church at large as evidenced by a letter of recommendation from his/her local church.
3. For masteral programs, the must have completed at least 74 college units, including 12 units in English, or have completed at least a two-year vocational course, including 12 units in English.
You may proceed to WMS-Main Campus Calle Vicedo, Trece Martires, Cavite and look for Miss Angie Estacio. You may download all forms via https://tinyurl.com/WMSREGFORM. Accomplish the forms neatly and make sure all entries must be readable. Please do not leave an item blank. Put N/A for items not available to you.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Accomplished Registration Form.
Copy of your applicable Academic Credential(s) (Form 138/Form 137 if Senior High School or High School Graduate; Transcript of Records if with master’s or college degree/units)
Clear scanned copy of your PS1A-issued Birth Certificate (if single) or Marriage Certificate (if married)
2×2 colored photo taken in the last 2 months.
Biographical information concerning Christian life in Service.
Church recommendation letter and
Medical Certificate.

Accomplish the forms neatly and make sure all entries must be readable. Please do not leave an item blank. Put N/A for items not available to you.
Save and name your application file as: Application – LastName, FirstName.
Upon completing the registration form, you must submit them thru https://tinyurl.com/wms-odlssubmit along with the following requirements:
a. Clear scanned copy of your applicable Academic Credential(s) (Form 138/Form 137 if Senior High School or High School Graduate; Transcript of Records if with master’s or college degree/units)
b. Clear scanned copy of your PSA-issued Birth Certificate (if single) or Marriage Certificate (if married)
c. 2×2 colored photo taken in the last 2 months.
d. Biographical information concerning Christian life in Service.
e. Church recommendation letter and
f. Medical Certificate
Note: Most of these items were already templated in one document in the registration form.
Upon submission using the drive, you may send as a re-confirmation email informing us your submission of requirements email via worldmissionseminaryinc@yahoo.com and worldmissionseminary@gmail.com. No need to attach all the requirements in this email.
Once the email has been sent, or a confirmation of your submission thru the drive, our registration committee will evaluate your application. You will receive an email once your application has been reviewed.
Once we have received your documents, we will update you with the payment list of fees and the complete process of admission.
