VISION
CESO, as a network for community development of World Citi Colleges, envisions a progressive educational and medical institution working in partnership with different communities to develop a healthy and empowered society.
MISSION
CESO commits itself to develop World Citizens who are socially aware, oriented to the service to others, committed to care, and promote volunteerism as an expression of the unity with least, the last, and the lost.
GOALS
CESO aims to initiate, facilitate, and coordinate provision of services to the partner/adopted community based on the resources, expertise, and interest of WCC and the need of the community. It organizes the WCC community, various sectors and area-based groups to offer capacity building and other relevant services to ensure people empowerment.
Currently pursuing his Doctorate in Sustainability at the University of the Philippines. He holds a Master of Arts in Education, major in General Science, from UP Diliman, where he graduated with Academic Excellence. He completed his Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Biological Science, Cum Laude, at Capiz State University – Pontevedra.
He previously worked as a Research Assistant for a collaborative project funded by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), in partnership with the University of the Philippines Visayas and various state universities and colleges (SUCs) in Western Visayas. He also served as a Research Associate and currently holds the position of Community Extension Coordinator at World Citi Colleges – Quezon City.
He is an Associate Member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) and actively engaged in several professional organizations such as the International Association for Community Development (IACD) based in the United Kingdom, the International Association for Scholarly Publishers, Editors, and Reviewers (IASPER), the Philippine Association of Researchers and Statistical Software Users (PARSSU), and AHEDMRI. He currently serves as Secretary of the United Federation of Fil-Am Educators (UNIFFIED) Inc., Manila Plus Chapter, affiliated with its mother organization in New Jersey, USA.
