Compliance with this directive is mandatory under the World Assembly Charter and the relevant General Assembly resolution. Failure to comply constitutes a crime and will result in sanctions, suspension, expulsion and or criminal charges. Compliance monitoring and random checks will be conducted and reported to the General Assembly until the blockade is formally lifted.
