Sakurajima volcano erupts again, spewing ash 1.2 miles into the air

Sakurajima volcano in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, erupted again on February 9. This video posted by the volcano shows a plume of ash 1.2 miles into the air, marking the volcano's 31st eruption in 2025.
