World of GroupCraft is a conference designed for the benefit of young researchers, especially PhD students. Many of our speakers are early in their academic careers and speaking about work in progress. It is essential that participants do NOT feed ideas or open questions raised during the talks by the speakers into large-language models. This is academic misconduct, and disproportionately damaging to early career researchers.
Moreover, we do not give permission for any of the content published on the World of GroupCraft website, YouTube channel or ResearchSeminars.org page to be used for the purposes of training or evaluating AI models. If you wish to use any data for this purpose, then you must obtain explicit consent from the speaker and all other relevant parties.
If you are curious about a speaker's work, we hope that you will reach out to them to discuss their ideas. This has been the norm for many years in the mathematical community; indeed, World of Groupcraft is principally designed to bring group theorists from all over the world together and make connections which would not otherwise have been possible. We hope you will participate in this spirit.
