Work Zone ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Work Zone mobile application. We are fully committed to protecting your personal data and maintaining transparency regarding our data practices. This policy complies with Google Play’s Developer Distribution Agreement and User Data Policy.
1. Information Collection and Consent By using Work Zone, you provide explicit consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We collect data solely to provide and improve our job marketplace services.
2. Specific Data Categories We Collect

Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Name, email address, and profile picture. This is retrieved securely via Google One-Tap / OAuth Login to ensure account authenticity.

Contact and Location Data: Mobile phone number and your current city/area. This is essential for our "Nearby Jobs" feature and to allow employers to reach you for valid job offers.
•
Image Data: Profile pictures and logos you upload are compressed and stored securely as Base64 strings in our database (Firestore).
•
Voice Data (Real-time Processing): Our app includes a Voice-to-Text feature. We process your voice input in real-time to fill form fields. We DO NOT record, store, or transmit raw audio files to any server.

Professional Data: Job titles, salary expectations, skills, and work experience.
3. Purpose of Data Processing We use the collected data for:

Core Functionality: Matching workers with employers based on skill and location.
•
User Verification: Reducing spam through verified badges.
•
Push Notifications: Sending real-time alerts for job applications and messages.
•
Safety Moderation: Filtering prohibited content (slangs, adult material, etc.).
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure We prioritize user privacy and adhere to a strict no-sale policy.

No Third-Party Selling: We never sell or trade your personal data.
•
Google Firebase: We use Firebase for encrypted database management and authentication.
•
Google AdMob: We display ads to keep the service free. AdMob may collect Advertising IDs to serve non-intrusive ads.
5. Strict Account Deletion Policy In compliance with Google's requirements:

Users can find a permanent "Delete Account" button in the Settings menu.
•
Upon clicking "Delete," our system permanently erases your PII, job posts, chat history, and images from our databases immediately.
6. Children's Privacy Work Zone is intended for a professional audience (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

১. তথ্য সংগ্রহ: আমরা আপনার নাম, ইমেইল, মোবাইল নম্বর এবং এলাকার তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি। আপনার আপলোড করা প্রোফাইল ছবি বা কোম্পানির লোগো আমরা সুরক্ষিতভাবে এনকোড করে আমাদের ডেটাবেসে জমা রাখি। আমরা গুগল লগইন ব্যবহার করি যাতে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টটি সুরক্ষিত থাকে।
২. ভয়েস ইনপুট নিরাপত্তা: অ্যাপের ভয়েস কমান্ড ফিচারের মাধ্যমে আমরা আপনার কথাকে সরাসরি লেখায় রূপান্তর করি। আমরা কোনো ভয়েস রেকর্ড বা অডিও ফাইল আমাদের সার্ভারে জমা রাখি না।
৩. তথ্যের ব্যবহার: আপনার এলাকা ভিত্তিক কাজ খুঁজে দেওয়া এবং ইউজার ভেরিফিকেশনের জন্য আমরা ডাটা ব্যবহার করি। আমরা কোনো অবস্থাতেই আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কারো কাছে বিক্রি করি না।
৪. অ্যাডমব ও বিজ্ঞাপন: অ্যাপটি ফ্রি রাখার জন্য আমরা গুগল অ্যাডমব ব্যবহার করি। বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানোর প্রয়োজনে গুগল আপনার ডিভাইসের কিছু তথ্য ব্যবহার করতে পারে।
৫. অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট করার অধিকার: আমাদের অ্যাপের সেটিংসে একটি স্থায়ী 'Delete Account' বাটন রয়েছে। এটি ব্যবহার করার সাথে সাথে আপনার সকল ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, ছবি, চ্যাট এবং পোস্ট আমাদের সার্ভার থেকে চিরতরে মুছে যাবে।
৬. নিরাপত্তা ফিল্টার: একটি সুন্দর কাজের পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে অশালীন এবং নিষিদ্ধ শব্দগুলো ফিল্টার করি।
