App: Refers to Worktrack: GSUS, the mobile application used for employee tracking, attendance, and task management.

This is used exclusively for workforce management, such as attendance validation and field visibility. No location data is shared with third parties.
Users may revoke location access at any time through iOS device settings.
With permission, we may access the device’s camera to:
Capture selfies for attendance verification
Upload receipts for reimbursement
This access is optional and can be enabled or disabled in your device settings.
Your data is used to:
Manage accounts and authentication
Track and verify attendance (selfie + location)
Assign and monitor tasks
Send notifications (e.g., approvals, alerts)
Improve app performance and bug resolution
We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with:
- Google Firebase (for authentication, analytics, and crash reporting)
- Your Employer/Organization (for work-related monitoring only)
Data is retained as long as required by your organization.
We have implemented an account deletion request flow:
For Employees:
Tap the “Delete” icon on your profile screen.
The request is sent to your assigned Admin.
The Admin then manually deletes the account through the dashboard.
You’ll see an in-app confirmation that your request has been submitted and is under review.
For Admins:
Tap the “Delete” icon on your profile screen.
The request is sent to the Super Admin.
The Super Admin deletes the account via their dashboard panel.
When your account is deleted:
Permanently removed: Name, email, phone number, login credentials
Retained: Non-identifiable audit logs required for compliance

We use industry-standard encryption, secure storage, and access control mechanisms to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Worktrack is intended for organizational use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
