Thoughts from Participants
"I have been to two of Bruce's music teacher workshops, and I can say they were both absolutely amazing, engaging, and packed full of songs and strategies I could use in my classroom right away. His recent presentation at the North Carolina Music Educators Association Conference was just another example of the impact Bruce can make on music educators. This session in particular was not what many attendees were expecting, as most SEL-related trainings are lecture based. Bruce had us on the floor, singing, dancing, interacting with each other - all the things we want our students to do. I would highly recommend Bruce to come work with you and your colleagues!" - Joseph Girgenti, MM, Chair, NCMEA Elementary Section, jsgirgenti@gmail.com
"I've Been attending music PD sessions for 25 years and have planned them for local and state events. Mr. Becker's session at NCMEA was not what I was expecting regarding SEL; very engaging, fun, and activities I can use in my classroom the next day. Highly recommend!" - Dawn Wilson, Past Chair, NCMEA Elementary Section
"Mr. Becker did an amazing job at presenting SEL methods with engaging and fun movement and singing activities! The lessons showcased are positively going to impact my students' learning experience in a fun and exciting way." - Maurissa Kish, Music Teacher, King Elementary School, 6 Years Teaching
