Getting to the Venue

From Incheon/Gimpo/Gimhae International Airport

If you arrive at Incheon, Gimpo, or Gimhae International Airport, you may first travel to Dongdaegu Station(동대구역) or Dongdaegu Bus Terminal(동대구 버스 터미널), and then take a taxi, subway, or bus to the Eldis Regent Hotel.

• Incheon International Airport: Take the AREX Express or AREX All-Stop Train to Seoul Station(서울역), then transfer to the KTX to Dongdaegu Station(동대구역).

• Gimpo International Airport: Take the AREX All-Stop Train to Seoul Station(서울역), then transfer to the KTX to Dongdaegu Station. 

※ Please note that the AREX Express does not stop at Gimpo International Airport.

• Gimhae International Airport: Use the internal bus terminal at Busan–Gimhae International Airport https://www.airport.co.kr/gimhaeeng/cms/frCon/index.do?MENU_ID=110#none to travel to Dongdaegu Bus Terminal(동대구 버스 터미널).

From Dongdaegu Station / Dongdaegu Bus Terminal

• Taxi (Strongly Recommended): Taxi fares in Korea are relatively inexpensive and this is the most convenient option. To the taxi driver, you may say: “El-dis Ree-jent Ho-tel lo ga-ju-se-yo (엘디스 리젠트 호텔로 가주세요)”, which means “Please go to the Eldis Regent Hotel.”

• Subway: Take Subway Line 1 to Banwoldang Station (반월당역). Exit through Exit 18, near The Hyundai Daegu (더현대 대구), and walk straight to Gyesan Five-Way Intersection(계산오거리), cross the crosswalk on the right, go over the traffic island, then cross the two small crosswalks. Keep going straight past the glass building on your right to reach the destination.

• Bus: From Dongdaegu Station, take Bus Dong-gu 1-1 (동구 1-1). Get off at the Maeil Shinmun (매일신문사) stop, walk east to Dongsan Seonggu-sa (동산성구사) near Gyesan Five-way Intersection (계산오거리), and then continue straight without crossing the road to reach the hotel.

From Daegu International Airport

If you arrive at Daegu International Airport, you can reach the Eldis Regent Hotel directly by taxi or bus.
