How to submit
Review
The review process is single-blind. Therefore, submitted papers should not be anonymized. Authors should add their names and affiliations at the start of the paper, and can include funding or other acknowledgments. Submitted papers will be reviewed by up to three members of the Program Committee.
Formatting
All papers should be written in English and should be formatted according to the latest ACM singconf one-column template. Papers should be submitted as a single PDF file via Easychair (submission link below).
Presentation
COMPASS’26 will be an in-person event. Depending on the number and types of accepted submissions, we will invite authors of accepted contributions to present their work either as oral or poster presentations. At submission time, authors will be given the opportunity to indicate their preferred presentation format. The final presentation format will be determined by the organizers, taking into account authors’ preferences, the number and types of accepted submissions, and the overall structure and logistics of the workshop program. In any case, at least one author per accepted contribution is required to attend the workshop in person to present their work.
Publication
ACM CSCW does not publish workshop proceedings, and thus all accepted papers at COMPASS’26 will be non-archival. Nonetheless, we are considering hosting selected workshop materials on this website after the event, with the goal of increasing visibility and facilitating continued discussion within the community. Additional details will be communicated closer to the workshop date.
Papers should be submitted as a single PDF file via Easychair.
