3rd Early Career Workshop on Applied Environmental and Climate Change Economics

The University of Urbino Carlo Bo, the Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI), the University of Milan, SEEDS and FEEM are pleased to announce the 3rd Early Career Workshop on Applied Environmental and Climate Change Economics. The workshop will take place on 8-9 October 2026 at the Department of Economics, Society, Politics of the University of Urbino Carlo Bo (Urbino, Italy). The event is supported by EAERE and IAERE.
The workshop
The workshop is targeted to young scholars working in the field of applied environmental and climate change economics. All selected contributions will be presented in plenary sessions to maximize participant involvement and interaction.
Keynote speakers
The keynote lectures will be delivered by Jonathan Colmer (University of Virginia) and Anna Papp (MIT).
Call for papers
Contibutions should be sent to eccd@gssi.it (subject: APP_ENV_2026) no later than 6 July 2026. Notification of acceptance is scheduled on 10 August 2026.
Participation costs
Selected speakers (up to a maximum of 14) are offered up to 2 nights of accommodation and meals, including social dinner. No fee is required.
