Workout Ledger ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information when you use the Workout Ledger mobile application .

By downloading and using the Application, you agree to the terms outline in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

Workout Ledger is built as an offline-first, standalone application.

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, request, or store any personal identification information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, age, gender, or phone number.

• Local Workout Logs: All workout data, including custom exercises, sets, weights, reps, dates, and historical progress logs, is stored securely and entirely on your physical device using local storage techniques (such as an offline SQLite/Room database).

• No Server Synchronization: Your workout logs, personal records, and exercise selections are never shared, uploaded, or transmitted to any external servers, cloud providers, or third-party databases.

2. Third-Party Services and SDKs

To maximize your privacy, the Application:

• Does not include third-party tracking, advertising SDKs (e.g., AdMob), or marketing analytics platforms.

• Does not utilize external artificial intelligence (AI) models, remote database engines, or cloud-based data processing APIs.

3. Device Permissions

The Application is designed to operate with minimal to no special Android permissions:

• Storage / Local Databases: The Application uses default internal application sandboxed storage to save your local workout logs. It does not require access to your shared media, photos, or documents.

• No Internet Permission: The Application operates entirely offline and does not require active internet capabilities to log, view, or modify exercises.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

All your training history remains purely under your personal control.

• User-Driven Deletion: You can delete individual exercises, individual set logs, or clear whole days directly within the Application UI.

• Full Data Wipe: Uninstalling the Application from your device will automatically delete the application's local database and prune all logged workout history permanently from your device storage. We do not retain backup copies.

5. Security of Your Data

The security of your training logs relies on the physical security of your Android device. Since your data is kept entirely local, it is sheltered from internet-based data breaches. We recommend securing your device using modern lock screen protection (PIN, pattern, or biometric security) to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services do not target, nor do we knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal data whatsoever from any users, no safety protections are circumvented.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to align with app additions or platform security updates. Any changes will be posted by publishing the updated policy on this page with a revised "Effective Date" at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically as needed.
