This privacy policy applies to the FitCycles app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Weijin Wang (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application is designed with your privacy as its absolute top priority. We believe that what you do in your workout app is your business alone. Therefore, the Application collects absolutely no personal data, no anonymous usage data, and no other information from its users. Your workouts, your timings, and your app usage remain entirely on your device.
Third Party Access
The Application does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect, use, or share your information. No data is transmitted to external services, and no third parties have access to any user information through this Application, because no user information is collected.
Opt-Out Rights
Since the Application collects no data, there is no information for you to opt-out of collection for. You can, of course, remove the Application from your device at any time by uninstalling it using the standard processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy (Not Applicable)
Since the Application does not collect any user data, there is no data to retain. All application functionality operates entirely on your device.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13, as the Application does not collect any data from any users.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Since the Application collects no data at all, this point is moot for the Application itself, but we strongly encourage all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through any Application and/or Services. Security
As the Application does not collect or store any user data, there is no user information that needs safeguarding. All app functionality and any data (like your custom timers) reside solely on your device.

You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
