Welcome to Gym Workout – AI Analyzer. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not upload or share any content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates the rights of others.

2. User Content

By uploading videos to the App, you retain all rights to your content. We do not share, sell, or publish your videos. All video analysis happens securely and is used only to provide feedback to you within the app.

You are responsible for ensuring that the videos you upload feature only yourself or individuals who have given their consent to be recorded and analyzed.

3. Subscription and Billing

The App offers a free trial with limited access. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans may be weekly, monthly, or annual and are billed through your Apple ID account.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods.

4. No Medical Advice

The information and feedback provided by the App are for educational and informational purposes only. The Service does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and features of the App are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
