Privacy Policy Work Log
This privacy policy describes how the Work Log app ("the App") handles information.
Information We Collect
The App stores your clock-in/clock-out records, work settings, and notes locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us and we do not have access to it.
If you enable the optional AutoEmail feature, the recipient email address(es) you enter are stored locally on your device and used solely to send your own reports via your Google account. We never see, store, or share these addresses.
If you enable Google Drive backup, your backup file is uploaded directly to your own Google Drive account through Google's API — we do not have access to this data.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) to understand feature usage and diagnose crashes. This includes anonymized data such as which screens and settings are used, and technical crash/diagnostic reports. This data does not include your notes, amounts, passwords, or contact details, and is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Advertising
The App shows ads via Unity LevelPlay mediation. Ad networks may collect device identifiers to serve and measure ads. You can review Unity's privacy practices at: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
Data Deletion
Since your data is stored locally, uninstalling the App removes it. Deleting a work or clearing app data within the App also removes the corresponding local records.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
