3. Permissions The app may require certain basic permissions to function correctly:
Storage/Files: Required solely to save and retrieve your database files locally on your device.
Other Apps (Email/Share): The app uses your device's native sharing capabilities to export salary slips or send feedback. The app simply passes the text to your chosen email or messaging app; it does not read your emails or messages.
4. Data Retention and Deletion Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can delete all your data at any time by:
Deleting individual records within the app.
Clearing the app's data from your device's settings.
Uninstalling the app (Note: Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your employee and attendance records, as we do not keep any cloud backups).
5. Third-Party Services This app does not use any third-party analytics or advertising services that collect user data.
6. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
