Working Nomads

Working Nomads ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Working Nomads mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our App.
By using Working Nomads, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
The App does not require an account. It stores the following locally on your device:
Saved/bookmarked jobs
Search history
Recently viewed jobs
Theme preferences (light / dark / system)
Network connectivity status (to detect online/offline)
Basic device/app info needed for functionality
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location.
Speech is handled by your device’s system speech recognition (e.g. Google). We do not record or store audio.
Job listings come from the Remotive API. Company logos may load from external URLs. Those services may receive standard network data (e.g. IP address).

We do not sell your personal information.
Data is stored on your device (Room + DataStore). If Android backup is enabled, app data may be backed up to your Google account per Google’s policies.
We do not share saved jobs, search history, or preferences with third parties. Limited sharing may occur when:
Your device requests job data or images from third-party APIs
Required by law
Part of a business transfer (with notice where required)
Remove saved jobs in Saved Jobs
Clear search history on the Search screen
Delete all data via Settings → Apps → Working Nomads → Clear data
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
