OVERALL REFLECTION

My overall reflection during my immersion on Pagatpat Barangay Hall was really good because the staff was very accommodating and they're willing to help us without any problem. They are helping me to understand and educate about what the needs they can offer of their target clientele. The immersion help to develop my skills about teamwork, communication, decision-making, mindset, and professionalism.

This immersion have a big help to me to the course that I will take in my college years by helping me to improve my mindset and to my communication skills because that is one of the most important thing to the skills that need in my course. The attitude that give as a students and as an intern was completely the same even though they have a different environment to me.
