My focus is on small business who have limited funds to buy expensive software and systems. Instead, I use free services provided by Google and Microsoft to help you run your business. I can, of course, walk you through paid services as well.

Tell me about your business needs and what you hope it is that I accomplish for you. I'll make some recommendations with pricing following the meeting.
Workflow Optimization - $100 per hour with a $300 minimum
This is where we lean into some Lean Six Sigma principles and look at how you're currently conducting some of your business processes and look for areas of improvement. This can include adding in some automations, but it doesn't have to. The typical goal is to cut the number or steps or hand offs in a process to save time and reduce errors.
Process Automation - $100 per hour with a $300 minimum
By leveraging free or low-cost business products, I can develop automations for your business. Some automations can be done right inside of a particular app, like Outlook. While others require using PowerAutomate (Microsoft) or AppSheet (Google).
Technology Training - $100-$300 per hour
To help your business use platforms like Google and Microsoft better, I offer customized training for your business. One-on-one tutoring can cost between $100 and $200. This service includes building out training documents after the tutoring session to help you remember what you learned. A one hour training class typically costs $300. This service includes class preparation with examples and activities, the class, and development of training documents to help your team remember what they learned.
