Welcome to Workflow AI.
Workflow AI is a privacy-first mobile automation platform that allows users to create and run workflows directly on their Android device. Your privacy and data security are extremely important to us.
1. Overview
Workflow AI is designed to work primarily on-device. The application does not collect, sell, or share personal user data.
All workflows, automations, triggers, and processing are executed locally on your device unless you explicitly configure and use external APIs or third-party services.
2. Data Collection
Workflow AI does not collect personal data from users.
We do not:
Sell user data
Track personal activity
Upload private notifications
Store user messages on our servers
Share data with advertisers
Use analytics for personal profiling
Any data processed by the app remains on your device unless you choose to connect external services.
3. Permissions Used
Workflow AI requests certain permissions to enable automation features selected and controlled by the user.
Internet Permission
Permission:
android.permission.INTERNET
Purpose:
Used only for:
API requests created by the user
AI integrations configured by the user
Webhook communication
Feedback submission
Workflow AI does not use internet access to collect or sell user data.
Notification Permission
Permission:
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Purpose:
Allows the app to display local notifications for:
workflow execution results
alerts
automation status updates
reminders
Notification Listener Access
Permission:
android.permission.BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE
Purpose:
Used only for user-created automation workflows that react to notifications from selected applications.
Examples:
WhatsApp notification triggers
Banking notification parsing
Email automation workflows
Important:
Notifications are processed locally on-device.
Workflow AI does not store or transmit notifications to our servers.
Users fully control which workflows use notification access.
Wi-Fi Permissions
Permissions:
android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
android.permission.CHANGE_WIFI_STATE
Purpose:
Used for automation workflows that:
enable or disable Wi-Fi
monitor Wi-Fi connection status
Example:
Automatically enable Wi-Fi when arriving home.
Location Permissions
Permissions:
android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
Purpose:
Required by Android for certain Wi-Fi and Bluetooth operations.
Workflow AI does not track or store user location data.
Bluetooth Permissions
Permissions:
android.permission.BLUETOOTH
android.permission.BLUETOOTH_ADMIN
android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT
Purpose:
Used for workflows involving:
Bluetooth control
device connectivity
smart accessory automation
Example:
Automatically enable Bluetooth for wireless headphones or speakers.
Camera Permission
Permission:
android.permission.CAMERA
Purpose:
Used only for flashlight/torch automation features.
Workflow AI does not:
record video
capture photos
access camera media
Package Visibility Permission
Permission:
android.permission.QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
Purpose:
Allows users to:
view installed apps
select apps for automation workflows
launch applications from workflows
Example:
Open Spotify after connecting Bluetooth.
Workflow AI does not collect or transmit the list of installed applications.
4. Local Data Storage
Workflow AI may store the following locally on your device:
workflow configurations
automation settings
local JSON databases
cached workflow data
This data remains under the user’s control and is not uploaded to external servers.
5. AI Features
Workflow AI may allow users to connect external AI services such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other APIs.
Important:
These services are optional.
Users provide their own API keys where applicable.
Data sent to third-party AI providers is governed by those providers’ privacy policies.
Workflow AI is not responsible for third-party API processing.
6. Third-Party Services
Workflow AI may interact with third-party services only when explicitly configured by the user.
Examples:
Webhooks
External APIs
AI services
Cloud integrations
No third-party integrations are enabled automatically.
7. Security
Workflow AI is built with a privacy-first architecture.
We implement:
local-first processing
minimal data collection
secure storage practices
user-controlled permissions
8. User Control
Users may:
disable permissions at any time
delete workflows
clear local data
uninstall the application completely
9. Children’s Privacy
Workflow AI is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
