Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, or internal ticketing systems
Assist in content moderation, user support, or product feedback analysis
Review and analyze data to help improve service quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Participate in virtual training, team syncs, and workflow updates
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all work
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet home workspace
Ability to work 20–40 hours/week depending on availability
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or data entry
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly
Prior remote work experience is a plus
