Wordzy Challenge is a word puzzle game provided by ZenPixel Apps, operated by Chandan Vishwakarma, India. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you play the game or contact us.
The app is supported by advertisements. It does not offer subscriptions or recurring subscription charges.
We do not directly ask players to provide personal details, such as their name, email address, or phone number, to play the game.
If you voluntarily contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information included in your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry or support request.
Wordzy Challenge displays advertisements through third-party advertising services. Depending on the provider, its settings, and your privacy choices, these services may automatically process information such as:
Device information, including model, operating system, and app version.
Advertising or other device and app identifiers.
IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
Ad views, clicks, and other interactions.

Game progress and preferences may be stored on your device to support gameplay. You can remove locally stored information through Android’s app-storage settings. Doing so may reset your progress and preferences.
Clearing local storage or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete information already received by an advertising provider.
Technical information described above may be processed by advertising providers for the stated purposes. Information you send by email may be handled by the email services used to receive and answer your message.
We may disclose relevant information when required by law or a valid legal request, or where necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, or establish or defend legal rights.
Support correspondence is retained only for as long as necessary to address your request, resolve related issues, or meet legal obligations. Information retained by advertising providers is subject to their applicable retention practices.
You may contact vchandan348@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information under our control. We may need enough information to verify your request and locate the relevant records. We will explain any lawful reason that prevents deletion.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant authority.
Your Android device may provide controls to reset or delete its advertising identifier and manage advertising preferences. Available controls vary by device and Android version.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it through the applicable privacy controls or contact us for assistance. Changing advertising preferences does not automatically erase information previously processed by a provider.
We take reasonable precautions to protect information under our control. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Advertising providers may process information outside your country of residence. Their applicable privacy policies govern their processing, retention, security, and available privacy controls.
Advertisements may link to external websites or services. Review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
We do not ask children to provide personal details as part of gameplay. Parents or guardians who believe a child’s information has been handled improperly may contact us.
We will investigate and take appropriate action, including deleting information under our control where required. Applicable children’s privacy requirements also apply to advertising services integrated into the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its information-handling practices change. The latest version will show a revised date. We will provide additional notice or seek consent where required.
