This privacy policy applies to the Words and Screws application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Nilasel Games (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
Device and Advertising Identifiers: The Application may collect device identifiers and advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google Advertising ID) to serve personalized advertisements, track ad performance, and prevent fraud.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. These services are integrated to provide functionalities, including personalized advertising, analytics, and crash reporting.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. Additionally, on iOS devices, you can manage your data sharing and tracking preferences at any time via your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
In-App Purchases & Payment Processing
The Application provides the option to purchase digital content, such as "Gold Packs" and a "No Ads" version.
All financial transactions are processed securely by the respective app marketplace platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Services). The Service Provider does not collect, process, or store your credit card or bank account information. Your financial data is handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their own Privacy Policies. To ensure that your purchased items are delivered and can be restored, the Application may collect and store anonymized transaction IDs provided by the platforms.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at nilaselgames@gmail.com.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at nilaselgames@gmail.com.
Effective Date & Changes
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-04-30 and may be updated from time to time. Continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
