Welcome to WordRush 7×7! 🎉 Your privacy matters — and we keep things simple, transparent, and player-friendly. Here's everything you need to know. Let's jump in! 👇

1. What Information We Collect (🧩 Very Little!)

WordRush 7×7 is designed to be fun without collecting personal data.

We do NOT collect:

• ❌ Email addresses

• ❌ Phone numbers

• ❌ Physical addresses

• ❌ Location or GPS data

• ❌ Photos, contacts, or device files

We do NOT request or store:

• ❌ Sensitive data

• ❌ Biometrics

• ❌ Government IDs

Local game data (stored only on your device):

• Your score history 📊

• Your best words and longest finds 🧠

• Music/SFX settings 🎵

• A Firebase Anonymous ID — a random identifier stored securely on your device to maintain your leaderboard identity across sessions. This is not linked to your name, email, or any personal account.

This data never leaves your device (except when submitting to the leaderboard — see below).

2. Global Leaderboard (🏆 Optional & Fun!)

If you submit a score to the global leaderboard, we store:

• Nickname (whatever you type — can be anything!)

• Score

• Seed word (optional)

• Longest word you found (optional)

• Day the score was submitted (UTC)

• A Firebase Anonymous ID (a random identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions and enforce fair play — this is not linked to your name, email, or any personal account)

All leaderboard data is:

• 🌐 Visible publicly to all players (nickname, score, seed, and longest word only — your Firebase Anonymous ID is never shown)

• 👤 Anonymous (we do not link it to emails or personal accounts)

• 🔐 Stored securely in Google Firebase

• 🗑️ Removable on request (contact below)

We do not record IP addresses or GPS data in the leaderboard.

Screenshots on Social Media (📸)

We occasionally post screenshots of the public leaderboard on social media to celebrate daily winners and cool words. These screenshots show only the same data that is already visible in the app (nickname, score, longest word, seed, rank) — nothing else.

If you'd like your nickname/entry removed from future posts, just email us and we'll happily respect that.

3. Ads & Monetization (📺 Non-Personalized Only!)

WordRush uses Google AdMob to serve ads, including optional rewarded video ads that grant extra tries.

We always request non-personalized ads:

• No tracking across apps/websites

• No behavioral targeting

• No custom profiles

• No personalized advertising using your data

AdMob may receive:

• 📱 A temporary device identifier used strictly for serving non-personalized ads

• 🛠️ Basic technical info (e.g., device model, OS version)

All of this is standard and handled by Google under their own privacy policies.

4. Children's Privacy (👦👧)

WordRush 7×7 does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you're under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your region), please:

• Use a nickname that does not include your real name

• Ask a parent or guardian before submitting anything to the global leaderboard

We designed the game to be safe, simple, and friendly for all ages 💙.

5. Data Removal Requests (🗑️ Delete My Info)

Want your leaderboard entry removed? No problem! Email us anytime and we'll delete it promptly.

• The nickname used

• The approximate date of submission

• The score (if known)

This helps us find and remove the right entry.

6. Security (🔐 Safe & Sound)

We use trusted, industry-standard services:

• Google Firebase for authentication and leaderboard data

• Google AdMob for non-personalized ads

Both apply robust security and encryption to protect your information. Firebase Anonymous Authentication uses device-level Keychain storage to securely persist your anonymous identity.

7. Policy Updates (🔄)

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do:

• We'll post the updated version on this page

• The "Effective Date" above will change accordingly
