These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Wordpool app (“Application”), created by Jonathan Kaschak (“Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

Use of the Application

The Application is provided for personal and commercial use. You may use the Application and any content you create with it in commercial projects, provided you comply with these Terms.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Application itself. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains secure and functional while using the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from lack of connectivity, data charges, roaming fees, or other carrier-related costs.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission from the device’s bill payer before using the Application on a device that you do not own.

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is reliable and up to date, but makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, performance, or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that the Service Provider is not liable for:

- any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from your use of the Application,

- any issues caused by third-party services integrated into the Application (including AdMob), except where such exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable platform policies,

- any device malfunction, data loss, or inability to access the Application,

- any reliance on generated content or app functionality.

The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

Updates and Availability

The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. You agree to install updates when they are made available. The Service Provider does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all device models or operating system versions.

The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will end, and you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. You are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2025-12-31.
