1. INTRODUCTION Welcome to Wordio! This application is developed and operated by PS Games ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Wordio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
2.1 Data Collection We utilize third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We do not store your personal data on our private servers excluding the authentication data managed securely by Google Firebase if applicable. The data collected is primarily for:
Game Progress: Saving your levels, diamonds, and unlocked landmarks locally or via cloud save.
Analytics: Understanding how users interact with the game to improve stability (via Firebase Crashlytics/Analytics).
Advertising: Delivering personalized ads via Google AdMob.

2.4 Account Deletion If you wish to delete your game data, you can do so directly within the application settings by tapping the "Delete Account" button. 3. TERMS OF SERVICE
3.1 Usage Wordio is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
3.2 In-App Purchases (IAP) Wordio may offer virtual items (e.g., Diamonds, No Ads) for purchase with real money.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
We reserve the right to change the pricing of virtual items at any time.
Virtual items have no monetary value outside of the game and cannot be transferred or sold.
3.3 Availability We strive to keep the game available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or uninstallation of the app without cloud backup.
4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
