Prawo Jazdy is an independent educational application developed by Ipek Kochisarli.
This application is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to the Government of the Republic of Poland, the Ministry of Infrastructure (Ministerstwo Infrastruktury), the Provincial Road Traffic Centers (Wojewódzkie Ośrodki Ruchu Drogowego – WORD), or any other government entity. The application is intended solely as an independent study aid to help users prepare for the Polish driving theory examination.
The developer, Ipek Kochisarli ("Service Provider"), has built the Prawo Jazdy application ("Application") with strict privacy principles. The Application is provided as an educational tool on an "AS IS" basis.
Zero Data Collection We respect your privacy. The Application does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal information. To ensure complete privacy:
No account creation or registration is required.
No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected.
No device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses are tracked.
No usage statistics, background data, or crash reports are transmitted.
No cookies or tracking technologies are employed.
No Artificial Intelligence (AI) models are used to process or analyze your data.
Local Data Storage Only All of your learning progress, test results, and application settings are stored locally on your personal device. This data never leaves your device and is permanently deleted if you uninstall the Application or clear its cache.
Third-Party Services The Application operates completely independently. It does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking SDKs, or cloud storage services. No information is ever shared with outside parties.
Children's Privacy The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the Application or legal requirements. Continued use of the Application after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
