Click Chapter Button beside Settings on the Home page.

Choose Chapter 1 - Level 1. Complete it again.

Continue with your current level and it will be reset and loaded again.

Note: Don’t uninstall the game. If there’s any other problem, please contact us via the in-game settings TALK TO US or write to the following email address: wordcrushfeedback@gmail.com.

2. How to remove ads?

You could remove ads forever by making a one-time purchase of $3.99.

Click on the “+” button next to your coins at the top right corner, and enter into the in-game Shop.

Choose “REMOVE ADS”. You could reopen the game afterwards. The purchase will then take effect immediately.

3. How do I login or create a game account in Word Crush to save my game progress on Android devices?

Click the CONNECT button in the Setting window, and log in to your Facebook account. In this way will you be able to create a game account automatically and save your game progress freely and promptly, even across different devices.

If you had connected the game to your Facebook account before, there would be an option to save & load your game progress using the same account.

4. How do I login or create a game account in Word Crush to save my game progress on iOS devices?

Click the CONNECT button with the Facebook logo/ Apple logo in the Setting window, and log in to your Facebook account / Apple ID. In this way will you be able to create a game account automatically and save your game progress freely and promptly, even across different devices.

If you had connected the game to your Facebook account before, there would be an option to save & load your game progress using the same account.

5. How can I transfer my game progress to another device?

Make sure the Word Crush installed in both devices are updated to the latest version.

Both devices are connected to the network.

Once connected, a "Progress Sync" window will pop up reminding that "New cloud progress detected". You need to decide which progress you'd like to play on, and this progress will then be immediately updated to the cloud and loaded to your device.

Note: Please do make sure that you connect your Facebook account or Apple ID before uninstalling the game or changing device. All your game progress will be transferred to your new devices once you log in properly. Otherwise, you will have to start from the very beginning if you didn’t connect any account with your previous device.

6. How to change themes (backgrounds) in the game?

Click the "Palette" button at the bottom right corner to choose a different theme (background) you had already unlocked from Chapter rewards or Daily mode rewards.

7. Where can I buy coins and hints?

You can buy items in the in-game Shop. Click on the “+” button next to your coins at the top right corner to access the Shop.

Note: Try exit and reopen the game if you didn’t receive the package or coins you bought properly.

8. How do I use the coins?

You can use your coins to exchange a hint by tapping the hint buttons. For example, tapping on the Shuffle costs 50 coins.

If you missed the daily puzzles before, you could get a chance to play it with 25 coins.

9. When can I participate in the tournaments? How do I see the ranking and receive the rewards?

Currently the tournament start time is Fridays 8:00pm EST and ends at Monday 1:00am EST. When Daylight savings changes in November, the start time will then be 7:00pm EST on Friday and end at 12:00pm EST on Sunday.

You can see the final ranking when the tournament ends. If you don’t get the rewards and points, you could reopen the game, enter the Home page and wait for a couple of seconds till the Tournament Rewarding window pops up.

Note: Please make sure that you claim the rewards before the start of next Tournament (Friday night). If there’s any problem, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

10. How do I start a game?

There is a basic tutorial in the beginning of our game that covers the basics. We would like to give you more tips and instructions for the game.

Main puzzles (Classic Mode) have a theme at the top to give a hint on the category. Valid words that aren't correct for a level as an answer are called bonus words. Bonus words fill up a meter with a star on it in the lower left corner of the screen. You will receive a coin prize when the meter is full

Daily Puzzle: You need to find words without a specific theme. Once a bonus word is found, the game will check if it contains a letter that belongs to an “swipable” answer for the current step. If so, this letter will be highlighted with yellow color as a clue to help you find this “swipable” answer. It will remain highlighted until you clear the answer.

There are 3 types of hints. Note: all levels can be solved without shuffle or hint. A word can always be found in each step of the puzzle.

（1）. Shuffle: it rearranges the letters for a different perspective.

（2）. Magnifying glass: it highlights a single letter that belongs to a currently available word on the board.

（3）. Lightning hint: it tells a bunch of letters of multiple answers at the top of the screen, and shows you the available answers for every step with white outlines.
