Welcome to WordCompletion. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WordCompletion mobile application ("App", "WordCompletion", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using WordCompletion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
WordCompletion is a word-based game intended for entertainment purposes.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to:
Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or manipulate the App.
Circumvent or interfere with security features of the App.
Use unauthorized tools, software, bots, or methods to manipulate gameplay.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its services.
Use the App in a way that may damage, disable, or interfere with the App or its services.
WordCompletion may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
The available subscription plans may include:
A subscription that provides the benefits described on the subscription purchase screen for a period of one week.
A subscription that provides the benefits described on the subscription purchase screen for a period of one year.
The exact subscription price displayed to you at the time of purchase is determined by Apple and the price configured for the applicable App Store storefront.
Subscription availability, pricing, introductory offers, and other terms may vary by country or region.
The benefits provided by each subscription will be clearly described in WordCompletion before you confirm your purchase.
Unless you cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for another subscription period of the same duration.
For example:
A Weekly Subscription renews every week.
A Yearly Subscription renews every year.
Your Apple Account will be charged for the applicable subscription price shortly before the beginning of the next subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable billing rules.
Apple's terms state that paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the user's subscription settings.
You can manage or cancel your WordCompletion subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
To prevent the subscription from automatically renewing, you should cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, where applicable under Apple's subscription terms.
Deleting the WordCompletion App does not necessarily cancel your subscription.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the period that you have already paid for, unless otherwise determined by Apple.
Apple provides subscription management through the user's Apple Account and App Store subscription settings.
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and In-App Purchase system.
We do not directly process or store your credit card, debit card, bank account, or other payment information.
The price shown to you before purchase is the price applicable to your App Store storefront, including any applicable taxes where required.
Apple's applicable terms govern payment processing, billing, and other App Store purchase matters.
From time to time, WordCompletion may offer free trials, introductory offers, promotional pricing, or other subscription offers.
If an offer is available, the applicable terms, duration, and price will be displayed before you subscribe.
Unless otherwise stated, when a free trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically renew at the applicable subscription price.
If you do not wish to be charged after a free trial, you must cancel the subscription in accordance with Apple's applicable cancellation rules before the trial period ends.
Subscription benefits may include premium features, an ad-free experience, additional game features, or other benefits specifically described in the WordCompletion subscription purchase screen.
The benefits associated with a subscription may change over time as WordCompletion is updated, provided that such changes comply with applicable laws and Apple's requirements.
Subscriptions are intended to provide ongoing value during the subscription period.
Apple's App Review Guidelines require auto-renewable subscriptions to provide ongoing value to customers.
When a subscription expires or is cancelled and the paid subscription period ends, subscription-only benefits may no longer be available.
The App may determine subscription entitlement based on Apple's StoreKit subscription status.
If a subscription is in an expired or otherwise non-entitled state, subscription benefits may be removed.
If supported by WordCompletion, users may restore eligible purchases through Apple's App Store mechanisms.
Subscription entitlements are associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
You may need to be signed in to the appropriate Apple Account to restore purchases.
All payments for subscriptions are processed by Apple.
We do not directly process subscription refunds.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you should contact Apple through the appropriate App Store or Apple support channels.
Refund eligibility is determined according to Apple's applicable policies and the laws applicable to your purchase.
Subscription prices may change from time to time.
Any applicable price change will be handled through Apple's App Store subscription system and according to Apple's applicable rules.
Where Apple requires user notification or consent for a price increase, Apple will provide the applicable notification and obtain consent when required.
We may update WordCompletion from time to time to:
Add new levels or features.
Improve gameplay.
Fix bugs.
Improve performance.
Improve security.
Modify or remove features.
Improve compatibility with supported versions of iOS.
We may also change or discontinue particular features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and Apple's requirements.
All game content within WordCompletion, including but not limited to:
Game levels
Words
Puzzles
Graphics
Animations
Sounds
Music
Logos
Interface designs
Text
Software
is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
WordCompletion and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of the developer or its respective licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or its intellectual property.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store rules.
WordCompletion may display advertisements through third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.
Advertisements may be displayed to users who do not have an applicable ad-free subscription or entitlement.
Advertising practices and information collection are described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of WordCompletion is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
WordCompletion does not require users to create an account or sign in.

WordCompletion may use third-party services including Apple's App Store and In-App Purchase services, Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms.
WordCompletion is provided for entertainment purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or version of iOS.
We do not guarantee that all features will always remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of WordCompletion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to WordCompletion where reasonably necessary, including if a user violates these Terms or attempts to abuse, manipulate, or interfere with the App.
Termination of access does not affect Apple's rights or obligations relating to purchases and subscriptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of WordCompletion after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
WordCompletion is distributed through Apple's App Store.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for WordCompletion.
Any applicable support, warranty, or purchase-related rights are governed by the applicable terms of Apple and the developer.
Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions govern purchases and subscriptions made through Apple's services.
You acknowledge that your use of WordCompletion is also subject to the applicable rules and terms of Apple's App Store.
Auto-renewable subscriptions offered through WordCompletion are purchased using Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's applicable requirements.
Apple currently supports auto-renewable subscription durations including one week and one year, among other durations.
WordCompletion may include images, icons, music, sound effects, illustrations, or other creative assets obtained from third-party platforms, including Pexels, Flaticon, and Pixabay.
These assets are used in accordance with the applicable licenses and usage requirements of the respective platforms and content creators.
Some images used in WordCompletion are obtained from Pexels.
Pexels permits the use of its photos and videos subject to its applicable license. Attribution is generally not required, although credit to Pexels and the creator is appreciated. Certain restrictions apply to the use of Pexels content.
Some icons used in WordCompletion are obtained from Flaticon.
Where free Flaticon content is used under a license requiring attribution, WordCompletion will provide the applicable attribution in an appropriate location, such as an in-app Credits or Acknowledgements section.
Flaticon licenses may have specific restrictions and attribution requirements depending on the particular content and license under which it was obtained.
Some music and audio used in WordCompletion are obtained from Pixabay.
Pixabay's Content License generally permits the use of its music and other content for personal and commercial projects without requiring attribution, provided that the content is used in accordance with the applicable license and is not distributed or sold on a standalone basis.
Where appropriate, WordCompletion may voluntarily provide credit to the creator of Pixabay music.
Third-party content remains subject to the applicable rights and licenses of the respective creators and providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party content to WordCompletion or to users of the App.

These Terms, together with the WordCompletion Privacy Policy and any other terms presented to you in the App, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of WordCompletion, except where superseded by Apple's applicable terms or mandatory law.
