While working with Ricoh Corporation HQ USA I developed and ran the "OPI Report," (Office Products Intelligence Report) a daily market intelligence newsletter tracking competitors, suppliers, and customers (office equipment, document management, etc.).

Started with 8 subscribers, and grew to more than 2,500 across Ricoh, Savin, and company's international subsidiaries.

Solo operation, responsible for research, writing, editing, production, and distribution.

Writer: Expert in research, content creation, and analysis of market intelligence.
Editor: Experienced in writing, editing, and managing the production process.
Project Management: Successfully launched and grew a valuable internal resource.
