This app, its content, and its developer are not affiliated with any governmental institutions. This is an independent app designed to help you prepare for the Exam. All materials of the application are prepared based on doc.fipi.ru.

1. Introduction

• Application usage data: time and duration of sessions, screens that you view

• Technical information: type and version of the operating system, device model, screen resolution

• Network information: connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data), language and region information

• Ad interaction data: impressions, clicks, and other interactions with advertisements

This data is collected automatically through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and is transmitted to Yandex in encrypted form.

3. How the collected data is used

The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Displaying relevant and personalized ads

• Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

• Preventing advertising fraud

• Ensuring the operation and improvement of advertising services

All data is processed in accordance with Yandex's Privacy Policy.

IMPORTANT: My app does not have access to the collected data and does not use it for any purpose other than displaying ads through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. I do not store or process this data on my servers. The app is completely standalone and does not contain any registration, commenting, or user profile functionality.

The collected information is not linked to your personal information and does not allow for direct identification.

4. Guarantees of limited data use

I guarantee that the data collected through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK:

1. Not used for user profiling outside of ad display

2. They do not contact the user's identity directly

3. Not shared with third parties, except within the Yandex advertising network

4. Not used for making decisions that affect the user

5. Not combined with other data sources to expand the user profile

I do not have the technical ability or legal right to use the collected data for any purpose other than displaying ads through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. All data is processed exclusively by Yandex in accordance with their Privacy policy.

5. Security of the collected data

Although I do not store the collected data on my servers, I ensure data transfer security in the following ways:

• All data is transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS)

• Yandex Mobile Ads SDK uses modern encryption methods to protect data

• I regularly update the SDK to the latest versions to ensure security

• I do not store or cache collected data in the app

I do not have access to the collected data, so I cannot store, process, or share it with third parties.

I strive to use commercially acceptable methods to protect your information, but unfortunately, I cannot guarantee absolute security. Transmitting information over the internet is not completely secure, and I cannot guarantee the safety of your information transmitted through my App.

6. User rights

Users have the following rights regarding data collected through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK:

• Right to restrict personalized ads: Users can disable personalized ads through the Google Play Services settings on their device

• Right to reset the ad identifier: Users can reset their ad identifier in the device settings

• Right to information: Users can view full information about data collection in Yandex's Privacy Policy

To disable personalized advertising:

1. Open the "Settings" on your device

2. Go to the "Privacy" or "Ads" section

3. Find the "Personalized Ads" option and disable it

7. Transfer of information to third parties

I do not share or sell any personal information that you provide through my App. However, as mentioned above, the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use anonymous data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
