How do I get coins? By solving levels, watching a short ad (+50), spinning the daily wheel, or buying a coin pack in the rewards shop (the + button next to your coin balance). No purchase is ever needed to finish the game.
I bought coins and they did not arrive. Coins are added once Apple confirms the payment. A purchase waiting for approval (Family Sharing's Ask to Buy) arrives by itself once approved. Reopen the game; if the coins are still missing, write to us with the purchase date and your Apple receipt.
I deleted the game and lost my coins. Progress and coins are stored on your device only and cannot be restored after the game is deleted.
PRIVACY POLICY (last updated 22 September 2026)
In short: there is no account, and we do not collect your name, email or any personal information. Your progress is stored only on your device. The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects some data as described below.
What the game stores on your device: levels completed, stars, coin balance, settings (sound, haptics, daily reminder) and the identifiers of your purchases, used so a purchase is never credited twice. None of it is sent to us or to any server. Deleting the game deletes this data for good.
Advertising (Google AdMob): to serve ads and measure their performance, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:
IP address, used to estimate the device's approximate location (advertising, analytics)
Device identifier, including the advertising identifier (IDFA) if you allow it (advertising, analytics)
Advertising data, such as the ads you have seen (advertising, analytics)
Product interaction, such as app launches and video views (improving ad performance)
Crash logs and performance data such as launch time, hang rate and energy use (diagnostics, analytics, advertising)
Tracking: on first launch iOS asks whether you allow the app to track your activity. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not used and ads are not personalised. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Ads are limited to content suitable for all ages. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): we use it to understand how the game is played and to improve it: levels started and finished, hints used, the lucky wheel, purchases. It collects an app instance identifier, product interaction data, and an approximate location derived from the IP address. We never send it your name or anything that identifies you personally.
Notifications: if you allow it, the game shows one daily reminder about the daily challenge and the lucky wheel. The reminder is scheduled on your device itself, goes through no server and collects no data. You can turn it off in the game's settings or in iOS Settings.
In-app purchases: coin purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Purchased coins are stored on this device: they are not restored after the game is deleted and do not move to another device.
Children: the game is suitable for all ages but is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

• اشتريت نقودًا ولم تصل: تُضاف النقود بعد أن تؤكد Apple عملية الدفع. إذا كانت العملية «بانتظار الموافقة» (ميزة «طلب الشراء» العائلية) فستصل تلقائيًا بعد الموافقة. أعد فتح اللعبة، وإن لم تظهر راسلنا مع تاريخ الشراء وإيصال Apple.
• حذفت اللعبة ففقدت نقودي: التقدّم والنقود محفوظة على جهازك فقط، ولا يمكن استعادتها بعد حذف اللعبة.

باختصار: لا نطلب منك إنشاء حساب، ولا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك أو أي معلومات شخصية. تقدّمك في اللعبة محفوظ على جهازك فقط. اللعبة مجانية وتعرض إعلانات من Google AdMob، وهذه الخدمة تجمع بعض البيانات كما هو موضّح أدناه.
ما تحفظه اللعبة على جهازك: المراحل التي أنهيتها، والنجوم، ورصيد النقود، وإعداداتك (الصوت والاهتزاز والتذكير اليومي)، ومعرّفات عمليات الشراء التي تمنع احتساب الشراء نفسه مرتين. لا يُرسَل شيء من ذلك إلينا ولا إلى أي خادم. حذف اللعبة يحذف هذه البيانات نهائيًا.
الإعلانات (Google AdMob): لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها، قد تجمع حزمة Google Mobile Ads ما يلي:
• عنوان IP، ويُستخدم لتقدير الموقع التقريبي للجهاز (إعلانات، تحليلات)
• معرّف الجهاز، ومنه المعرّف الإعلاني (IDFA) إذا سمحت بذلك (إعلانات، تحليلات)
• بيانات الإعلانات، مثل الإعلانات التي شاهدتها (إعلانات، تحليلات)
• التفاعل مع التطبيق، مثل مرات الفتح ومشاهدة الفيديو (تحسين أداء الإعلانات)
• سجلات الأعطال وبيانات الأداء مثل مدة الفتح والتجمّد واستهلاك الطاقة (تشخيص المشكلات، تحليلات، إعلانات)
التتبّع: عند أول تشغيل يسألك نظام iOS إن كنت تسمح بتتبّع نشاطك. إذا رفضت، لا يُستخدم المعرّف الإعلاني وتظهر إعلانات غير مخصّصة. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت من: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبّع. الإعلانات مقيّدة بمحتوى مناسب لجميع الأعمار.
التحليلات (Google Analytics for Firebase): نستخدمها لفهم طريقة اللعب وتحسين اللعبة: المراحل التي تبدأ وتنتهي، واستخدام التلميحات، وعجلة الحظ، والمشتريات. تجمع معرّفًا للتطبيق على الجهاز، وبيانات التفاعل مع التطبيق، والموقع التقريبي المستنتج من عنوان IP. لا نرسل إليها اسمك ولا أي معلومة تعرّف بك شخصيًا.
الإشعارات: إذا سمحت بذلك، تعرض اللعبة تذكيرًا يوميًا واحدًا بتحدي اليوم وعجلة الحظ. هذا التذكير يُجدوَل على جهازك نفسه، ولا يمر عبر أي خادم، ولا يجمع أي بيانات. يمكنك إيقافه من إعدادات اللعبة أو من إعدادات iOS.
المشتريات داخل اللعبة: تتم عمليات شراء النقود عبر App Store من Apple. لا نتلقى بيانات الدفع ولا بطاقتك البنكية. النقود المشتراة محفوظة على هذا الجهاز: لا تُستعاد بعد حذف اللعبة ولا تنتقل إلى جهاز آخر.
