PRIVACY POLICY — WORD ATLAS
Effective: 23 August 2026
Application: com.aleemo.wordatlas
Developer: Alee Mo Tech
What the app collects, why it collects it, and how to get it deleted.
1. WHO THIS COVERS
Word Atlas is a word-search game published by Alee Mo Tech. This policy covers
the Android app distributed through Google Play under the package name
com.aleemo.wordatlas, and nothing else.
You can play Word Atlas without creating an account. Signing in with Google is
optional, and the only thing it changes is that your progress becomes
recoverable if you reinstall.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
Everything the app collects falls into one of the categories below. There is no
advertising in Word Atlas, and we do not sell personal information.
- Game progress — levels completed, stars, coins, streaks, collectibles.
Why: runs the game and restores your place across devices. Always collected.
- An anonymous account identifier.
Why: ties your progress to your install, before any sign-in. Always collected.
- Name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.
Why: links your progress to an account so a reinstall can recover it.
Collected only if you sign in.
- Purchase history.
Why: delivers what you bought and restores it later.
Collected only if you buy something.
- App activity and device information — device model, OS version, language,
country.
Why: analytics — which levels people finish, where they stop. Always collected.
- Crash reports and diagnostics.
Why: finding and fixing crashes. Always collected.
- A push notification token.
Why: sending the daily reminder, if you allow notifications.
Collected only with permission.
WHAT WE NEVER COLLECT
Word Atlas does not request your location, contacts, calendar, microphone,
camera, photos, files, or any health or financial data. Payments are handled
entirely by Google Play — we never see your card details.
The app also does not collect your device's Advertising ID. Analytics libraries
commonly gather it by default; Word Atlas removes that permission, because the
identifier exists to serve advertising and this app has none.
3. WHAT OTHER PEOPLE CAN SEE
If the leaderboard is enabled and you have signed in, other players can see the
display name and profile picture from your Google account, along with your
score, level and star count.
If you play without signing in, you appear anonymously. Your email address is
never shown to other players.
4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share data only with the service providers that make the app work. Each
processes it on our behalf, under their own privacy terms.
- Google — Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics and
Cloud Messaging, plus Google Play for distribution and payments.
- RevenueCat — validates and restores in-app purchases.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or
data brokers.
5. HOW IT IS PROTECTED AND HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google
Cloud infrastructure.
Progress and account data are kept while your account is active. When you delete
your account, the associated data is deleted. Aggregated analytics that cannot
identify you may be retained.
6. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA
You can delete your Word Atlas account and its associated data at any time.
- In the app — open your profile from the Home screen or from Settings, then
choose Delete account.
- By email — write to aleemotechnologies@gmail.com from the address on your
account and ask for deletion.
Deleting removes your account record, your synced progress and your leaderboard
entry. Uninstalling the app on its own does not delete data held in the cloud.
Playing without an account? Then nothing identifying you is stored beyond an
anonymous identifier, and uninstalling the app removes your local progress.
7. YOUR CHOICES
- Notifications — turn off in the app under Settings, or in Android's system
settings.
- Staying anonymous — simply don't sign in. The whole game is playable without
an account.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct,
export or object to our use of your data. Contact us at
aleemotechnologies@gmail.com and we will respond.
8. CHILDREN
Word Atlas is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with
personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date at the top
and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app.
