Vision: We envision a future Woonsocket where people are connected to the community and its resources that reinforce health and well-being. A trusting relationship exists between residents and the community partners that provide resources. There is a foundation of mutual respect, cultural sensitivity, and humility. A community where all individuals; children and families are living in safe, nurturing homes that support healthy development.

The Teen Health Workgroup works to center teen voice while providing teens equitable healthcare, accurate & complete reproductive health education, in order to make informed decisions
The Overdose Prevention and Recovery (ODPR) Workgroup works to save lives and make treatment options and recovery available on demand in real time.
The Food Access Workgroup works to ensure healthy food is affordable and easy to find in every neighborhood.
The Housing Workgroup works to ensure that all Woonsocket people have housing.
The Resident Advisor workgroup are Woonsocket residents who participate in governance and all workgroups by providing relevant community input and participate in decision making. This workgroup also plan and execute their own projects to promote equity in the Woonsocket community.
The Woonsocket Steering Committee is the governing body of the Woonsocket HEZ which provides overall direction to the collaborative.
